66 Riviera Low Rider

September 2010

Built as a low rider that would have been seen cruising Los Angeles in the early 70's. The kit wheels & tires didn't match the era but the chrome chain steering wheel did. I dipped into my tire & wheel boxes to find a set that are a bit more appropriate, The door handles, locks, & emblems were removed and the body was painted with Testors Boyd Aluma Yellow and a Future clear coat. The interior is white with an acrylic pearlizer added and black flocked carpet & dash. Other than the wheels & tires, the kit was built out of the box.
